If you’re looking for professional natural stone floor cleaning services in Berkshire, then you’ve come to the right place.

Our years of experience and specialist stone floor cleaning equipment ensures we are able to effectively deep clean your natural stone floors, removing dirt and residues that have built up and become engrained over the years.

We can help you achieve the best possible appearance of your natural stone floor by using our tried and tested methods

Over the years we have been asked to clean and restore thousands of natural stone floors.

We are proud to have been entrusted by St. Mary the Virgin church in Hambleden (nr Henley-On-Thames) to clean and restore all the natural stone flooring in the church. Which resulted in the uncovering of some beautiful yellow stone flooring in the lady chapel.

We can clean and protect your natural stone floor using modern stone floor cleaning methods and products. This not only increases the lifespan and durability of your natural stone floor, but includes a protective coating to help with daily maintenance and stain resistance. Once you are delighted with the results of our natural stone floor cleaning, we will leave you with a complimentary one litre bottle of natural stone care and maintainer; a cleaning product to assist you with the ongoing maintenance of your natural stone floor, without affecting the sealant.

What’s involved in our professional natural stone floor cleaning service?

Pre-inspection:

We start by assessing the area, so we can ensure you get the best cleaning and sealing solution for your stone floor and the way you use it on a daily basis, whilst informing you of any challenging areas and the likely results.

Area preparation:

We will prepare the areas surrounding the tile, making sure not to disturb any carpeted or hardwood floors. We respectfully ask you to ensure all movable furniture is removed from the work area prior to our arrival. (We can move furniture for an additional investment if required).

Dry soil removal:

Thoroughly brush and vacuum the entire area to make sure there are no sharp particles that could scratch the floor during the wet cleaning process.

Soil suspension:

The most scientifically advanced natural stone tile and grout cleaners on the market are applied to the entire surface of your tile to break down the most engrained dirt and oil residues, thoroughly machine agitated and given the appropriate amount of dwell time to work effectively.

Grout cleaning:

The most stubborn and engrained soils are agitated manually with varying degrees of grout brushes and/or our hand held machine brushes and acids on acid tolerant natural stone and tiles.

Pressurised natural stone and grout rinsing:

The entire floor is then rinsed with our pressurised hot water rinse and capture equipment. Hot water is pressure sprayed onto the natural stone tile and grout via a stainless steel cleaning wand with a rubberised surround; ensuring the hot slurry is immediately vacuumed out of your home into a waste tank in our machine. (no fuss, no mess)

Natural stone and grout sealing:

The final step is to apply a long lasting professional grout sealer to help keep your grout clean and prevent spills from becoming permanent stains.

Whether your grout is in your bathroom, kitchen, entrance or lounge, those stubborn stains, embedded bacteria and germs don’t stand a chance.

Your tile and grout will look very much as it did the day it was installed.

One question we’re frequently asked is what type of cleaners should I be using on sealed tiles and grout?

We recommend any neutral cleaner for stone, tile and grout.

We can supply you with a one litre bottle for you to try (free of charge).
